The Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)® Prep live online training course provides Project Managers with the knowledge and skills needed to master the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Fifth Edition, understand the Project Management Institute's (PMI)® best practices, and attain the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. The PMP® credential is the most widely accepted professional certifications in the world and its framework has set the standard for the project management profession for the past 30 years.

This live online training course will strengthen a student's project experience with global terminology and the proven framework for leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of scope, budget, schedule quality, risk and resources. The Project Management Institute (PMI)® has modified the previous body of knowledge to consist of 47 project processes within five core process groups and ten knowledge areas.
